AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions are valid between us/we/our (IBPersonal Stylist – Isabella Bigi Personal Stylist) and you/your (Customer – Web user – Any Contact)
We intend to rely upon these terms and conditions and any document expressly mentioned into them
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms this terms & conditions and privacy statement.
REFUNDS
A refund would only be necessary if we charged you incorrectly with a cost.
The refund will make to the same card you paid with for such our services.
LIABILITY
Subject to the clauses below, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any customers.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms and conditions including a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
(a) strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
(b) civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
(c) fire, explosion, storm, flood, snow, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
(d) impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
(e) impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks;
(f) the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government; and
(g) pandemic or epidemic.
Our performance under these terms and conditions including any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under these terms and conditions and the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
TERMS OF SALE AND PAYMENT
A 50% deposit will be requested once the appointment is booked. This payment serves as a confirmation of the appointment. It can be made by bank transfer. All details will be provided to you when booking the appointment.
The final 50% payment is not requested until the day and can be paid by cheque, cash.
Cancellation policy:
You can reschedule any appointment date as long as it is not less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If Isabella Bigi Personal Stylist needs to reschedule an appointment, we will also confirm this to you no less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

GIFT
Full payment is due in order to secure your booking and I will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm what date you’d like to book for.
For cancellations, a full refund less 25% available as long as 48 hours notice is given.
£50 charge to re-arrange date or cancellation appointment if less than 48 hours notice is given.
BEHAVIOUR
We are not responsible for any late arrival or non-arrival delivered about customer’s shopping.
We are not liable for any loss or damage (physical, psychological or image)
You are responsible for any behavior you keep during the appointment.
It is your choice and responsibility to follow or not following all advice that we give you about style, image, behaviour, make-up, hair-style, clothes, accessories, locations chosen for any kind of event and third part services involved or doing your shopping on websites suggested.
SERVICES
Isabella Bigi Personal Stylist will able to provide is analysis about skin-tone colours, facial shape, body shape in Edinburgh at the client’s house, office or other place which is previously agreement.
Isabella Bigi Personal Stylist will able to provide is wardrobe analysis at the client’s house.
As a Personal Shopper Isabella Bigi Personal Stylist duties are to accompany the client during is shopping day and give client professional suggestions.
In our services are not included: meal, travel from or to a specific place, any other cost which is not mentioned on our website ( isabellabigi.com) or which is not previously agreement.

TRAVEL EXPENSES
Travel expenses for Isabella Bigi Personal Stylist may be extra if the client is based outside of areas covered by us. The client is charged just for journey costs. The agreed amount is to be paid 48 hours before the appointment. If you are buying any of our personal styling services as a Gift Voucher you can pay for the travel expenses yourself – please inform us if you wish to do so at the time of booking by emailing us or calling us.
THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
A person who is not party to these terms and conditions or a contract shall not have any rights under or in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Edinburgh courts.
